What is your delivery time ?
It depends on your order item and quantity, usually 15~30 days in normal season.
Can I request samples ?
Yes, existing stock samples can be sent immediately, and customized samples with customer’s design can be ready in 5~7 days.
What's the sample policy ?
Existing stock sample is free, but shipping cost is borned by the buyer, we can send 2~5 pcs by customer’s courier account No. If OEM sample is required, sample charge will be incurred , we will quote accurate cost upon customer’s design.
How can you ensure the quality inspection?
We have the inspection standard according to AQL 1.5/4.0, and we will send you shipment samples for bulk delivery if needed.

What's the shipping way?
For small cargo size order ( let’s say under 10 cartons ), we can send goods by DHL / Fedex express which we have 30% discount. For bigger quantity order, we will arrange boat or air shipment according to client's demands.
